There is a wide range of grades of tungsten carbide rolls available in order to suit your specific mill configuration and conditions. Nickel, Cobalt, or Chrome binders. Various grain sizes.
Rolling Rings are available with grooves, with grooves and ribs or just plain rings.
For intermediate stands we have our own design Composite Roll Assembly with unique balancing and locking technology.
Straightening Rings for Kocks Blocks or similar are available in superior wear resistant grades with highest finishing tolerances, allowing stretched campaigns and excellent finished products

Crane Wheels
Crane wheels are replaced because of flange wear, flange breakage, and mechanical overloads characterized by pitting and spalling.
Each of these in-service factors must be carefully considered before the combination of wheel design, material selection, hardness pattern and heat treating technology is selected.
That’s why every our hardened steel crane wheel is specially designed and heat treated to maximize its resistance to the damaging forces at work in heavy industrial applications.



Our sheaves have been shown to increase wire rope life by as much as five times due to the significant reduction in crushing and imprinting that occurs in the throat of a softer sheave wheel. Many manufacturers of wire rope recommend our sheaves to their customers as an economical way to prolong the life of their product.

Throat of wheel polishes under load, reducing friction between the wheel and the wire rope

High surface strength allows increased load capability
Wear can make the top surface of the separating land extremely sharp, creating the potential for cutting the wire rope. Wear or corrugations in the base of the grooves prevent the wire rope from twisting properly; thus pinching and damaging the rope. The answer to address both of these problems is in the material and special heat treatment of your rope drum.
